The consumer has the right to cancel any purchase within seven days of their contract with Untitled, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the customer cancels their order they will have their payment returned by the most appropriate and efficient means possible. The right to cancel is fundamental; however this is balanced in the Regulations by the Consumer's Responsibility to take care of the goods before and when returning them. Untitled will return the outstanding payments only on safe return of the Artwork. All works must be returned in the condition they were received. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information. Can I e-mail Untitled and make an offer on a piece of Art?
Please feel free to e-mail us to make an offer on any Artwork on the Untitled site. We will then contact the Artist in question and respond to you in order to confirm or decline the offer. Does Untitled allow Clients to pay for Art in instalments?
It is possible to apply to Untitled in order to make payments in instalments. The Client and Untitled will then jointly agree a set amount of equal payments to be made on a monthly basis. The Client will only obtain full ownership of the piece when all payments are received by Untitled. The Artwork will then be delivered to the Client. If I buy more than one piece of Art will I get any discount?
Please feel free to negotiate with Untitled when making multiple purchases. Will I have to pay for delivery of a purchased piece of Art?
All available Artworks on the Untitled website will be delivered free of charge to the Client. Can I request a full C.V. from a specific Artist?
